The Challenge

A long history held in old print materials, newspaper articles and media, with no practical way for customers or staff to explore it.

Orange Bank & Trust’s history lives in print: advertisements, newspaper coverage and other media collected over many years. It is a story worth telling, but stored in boxes it reached no one.

The Approach

How the work unfolded.

  1. Capture the archive

Photographed the bank’s old print assets, newspaper articles and media.

  2. Turn images into information

Built an AI pipeline that processes each photograph into usable metadata, so every item can be found, sorted and described.

  3. Manage it

A backend where the bank can review and manage the collection as it grows.

  4. Put it in the History Room

A kiosk in the History Room at headquarters that lets visitors and staff explore the bank’s history in person.

The Outcome

What changed.

  • An archive that was in boxes is now searchable.
  • A kiosk in the History Room at headquarters shares the bank’s history with visitors.
